The cardboard box containing my plants, delivered by GLS, arrived late and so damaged that it had to be resealed to prevent its contents from falling out. The plants were very damaged, with all the branches broken and the soil spilling out of the pots. Promesse de Fleurs simply confirmed to me that they would recover and offered me a mere 20% credit on the received plants to be deducted from a future order. As a result, what I ordered bears no resemblance to what I received.

Good selection of plants at a reasonable price. However, the packaging is not careful. Two orders and two parcels arrived with the plants broken... Good after-sales service but I would prefer to receive my plants in good condition rather than a commercial gesture...

Hello, Parcel received after 6 days due to the distributor (DPD) who shuffled this order to several places while Promesse de fleurs had tried to send me my order as quickly as possible. Thanks to them. So, my plants arrived packaged in a rather pitiful state due to the carrier. Proof of this is that they had to put my parcel in additional packaging. I should have taken photos. It's pitiful. However, I notice that Promesse de fleurs had really packed each plant as best as possible. All have been replanted well, hopefully with success. Only one seriously worries me as I received it with only one stem and three leaves Heuchera plum pudding.

I was very disappointed. The pot size was correct, at least there's that... But it was a small, stunted plant that struggled to come out of the pot. There was no plant humidification system, and the delivery could have ended up in the middle of a weekend. All in all, a complete let down, and I won't be coming back.
Very beautiful Eucalyptus gregsoniana, well packaged and received on time as agreed with lower shipping costs. Thank you.

Plants arrived in good condition. Very decent dimensions. Really the 3l size as indicated. My advice is not to take plants that are too small unless you can grow them in a greenhouse before planting them in the ground. Thanks to Promessedefleurs for their advice and follow-up. I have plants/flowers to order soon.
The plant arrived with the lower leaves yellowing (they are currently falling off) and the upper leaves damaged and half-eaten.

I have always received impeccable deliveries in the past, but this time several plants are in poor condition: a rose bush with not a single leaf untouched by black spot disease, a serrata hydrangea with leaves "eaten" by what I assume to be an insect, and 2 unlabeled rose bushes... Very disappointing.

First order and very satisfying, vine-plant in good shape. It's too early to say more for now as the plant has just been introduced to my garden. I will only be able to evaluate its capabilities as the young plant evolves in culture over time.
