Order quickly dispatched, bushes and young plants well chosen and well packed in soft cardboard rolls, arrived in good condition. The root balls had pretty roots, the young plants looked healthy. They were planted and watered the same day. I found varieties that are not commonly found everywhere in 1 to 2-year-old young plants: medlar, paulownia, Indian lilac, rowan tree...

Plants of good quality, matching the description. Delivery times are always respected and we are informed in real time.

FAST DELIVERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Once again an order where Promesse de fleurs cannot provide any information. No tracking information, no follow-up on my requests. Second disastrous experience with this company. I simply do not recommend. Personally, I will find a reliable and trustworthy provider.

Delighted with my Acer platanoides (vernacular name: Norwegian maple) "Crimson Sentry". Planted this spring (2024) and it has taken off very well! THANK YOU PROMESSE DE FLEURS!!! Highly recommend this cultivar as it shares the same characteristics as its wider famous counterpart "Crimson King", with foliage retaining an almost black hue throughout the season (turning deep red/rust in autumn), but with a columnar habit, hence easier to manage in a small space. ;) Moreover, this same foliage lights up with ruby tones when the sun shines through it. A true marvel. Alternatively, an interesting variant with a weeping habit and in similar tones, but with large heart-shaped leaves, I also recommend the Cercis canadensis "Ruby Falls" (also purchased from PROMESSE DE FLEURS and planted this spring, near the bay window in the living room). And on top of that, it is covered in pink melliferous flowers, on the wood itself, in spring, around April!

All the plants arrived in good condition, I have been a customer for several years and I have never been disappointed unlike in other places. I also appreciate the advice given by the sellers on your website.

The plants were very well packaged and in very good condition. I had ordered 8 blueberry bushes, 8 raspberry bushes, and 6 blackberry/mulberry plants. The delivery happened exactly at the expected time, the carrier contacted me and delivered the goods to the requested location. The Promesse de Fleurs website is fantastic, they publish quality content and have a huge variety of plants in their catalogue.

Plants received rather poorly... With a lot of care, the situation was salvaged. To date, the plants have thrived, especially the magnificent Helichrysum petiolare Silver plants in pots.

The plants arrived in a sorry state, 10 days later 2 rhododendrons dead and a third one not far behind. The packaging was done hastily, not even any tape to hold the plastic, plants were overturned. Very disappointed, in fact, I haven't ordered anything since then, it's a shame because you have a nice range of unusual plants, but when I order, I want to receive plants in perfect condition. I ordered from one of your competitors 15 days ago, plants arrived in great condition.

Two Lawson's cypresses arrived well protected in a serious package. They were immediately placed in two large pots on a terrace where they are thriving and making us proud.

Products conform to the order and in case of damage (exceptional) excellent after-sales service to replace the damaged plant during transport.

But due to major delivery problems (4 delivery dates not honored !!!!! DPD), Promesse de Fleurs doesn't know how to handle the problem and doesn't want to. Not even a commercial gesture. So, I find myself waiting for their delivery service to return the plants, in order to finally be refunded, nearly £400 gone. I can't even buy new plants at the moment! I am torn between anger and disappointment.
