I am often satisfied with the orders but the sizes are very often at the minimum of the stated volume. A 2/3L pot is about 1.5L. But not always.

Speed, richness of the catalogue and information provided on the website, quality of the plants purchased consistent with the website data.

The plants are small, most have lost their leaves, the soil has spilled in the cardboard. Part has been replaced: same. First and last order.

The delivery was satisfactory. My raspberry plants were well packaged, I'm looking forward to seeing how they will develop once planted. However, my Iris germanica bulbs seemed a bit puny, I hope they will bloom. The peony roots with 3 well-developed eyes, I can't wait to see them bloom.

Once again my order suffered due to inadequate packaging! The plant pot was moving around in the cardboard box throughout the journey. As a result, three branches were broken and others were bent, which I had to trim. The stake was sticking out as much above the pot as below. Instead of promises, I would have preferred real care to be taken with all my orders. Moreover, when it is proven that a plant is beyond saving, instead of sending another one as requested, this seller simply refunds the purchase price, which barely covers half of the costs if I reorder the destroyed plant. As this is not the first disappointment, I remain perplexed.

The trees I ordered seem to be in a sorry state. And not exactly in the best condition. I've just planted them with special care but I'm afraid they might be too dry and therefore dead. We shall see. I regret my investment of £400.

The only word that can illustrate my order is: DISASTER. This order wandered for 10 days in transit with several delivery delays. Of course, I cancelled the order as I can hardly imagine the condition of plants that have been dragged around by a carrier for so long. In the face of this, no help from the customer service. Now, no follow-up, no response regarding the refund of the order. So, a good advice, think twice before placing an order.

The young plants received were all very good and have taken well. I will definitely recommend. I love this website.

A reliable and high-quality company: both in terms of plants and administrative management; their catalogue is incredibly rich and the young plants received have a 100% success rate in my garden. I order regularly and highly recommend Promesse de fleurs.

Plants received on time, in excellent health, well protected for transport (a few branches broken though but plants don't grow in their transport box, so not a big deal and they regrow!). Good recovery in recent months. We're looking forward to spring to see what these beauties have in store for us!

I was very pleased to have found this company for tomato plants at a very reasonable price. However, the delivery time was far too long and I only received wilted plants that did not recover. After calling for a replacement, I received different varieties without knowing what they were. Disappointing. Ref 89685.
