First order (no. 101757825) dated 11th September 2024. Delivery time was fine, delivery box intact, I went to pick it up on the same day it arrived. The plants inside are really small and all chopped up (delosperma), there's soil everywhere. In a bucket, there are stems without leaves that look like nothing, crushed ferns, and the worst, a pot of three tiny sedums stuck together, paid nearly 9 euros for Gold Nuggets. I am very disappointed with this order, I planted what I received, they are still agonizing on my rockery except for the sedums that are waiting in vain, I think, for their change of colour. Fortunately, I didn't make a big order and I won't repeat the experience on this site.

Everything went well. From the delivery, on time and in good condition, to the recovery. Everything recovered very well.

Fast delivery. Plants well packaged overall, and if freshness issues upon arrival, which can happen and has happened to me before (with photos as proof, of course), prompt response and replacement or credit to use, demonstrating the company's willingness to satisfy its customers, which is reassuring.

I have been ordering for years and never disappointed. The only slight annoyances sometimes (rarely) are the post itself... Top-notch customer service, politeness, and kindness ????. I have never been let down by the plants that grow and beautify year after year!

The New Vésuvia rose bushes remained underdeveloped for a first year (don't even cover the entirety of the large pots). I am quite disappointed with this variety.

I have no opinion. I have received the equipment. The flowering did not meet my expectations due to reasons related to my garden. Firstly, I should have planted in a pot and waited for the first shoots before planting in place. Secondly, due to the rains, I had a lot more slugs that destroyed the foliage as it grew.

Received this year and planted in good conditions, the tree is producing leaves that quickly turn yellow despite regular watering. I don't know what will happen to it this winter. I am in the Var region. To be continued.

I regularly order from this site but I have noticed that the quality of the plants has been very inconsistent lately. My latest order was a climbing rose "Belle de Londres" and I am not sure if this rose will take. The condition upon arrival is not very encouraging. I will follow up within the scope of the "replacement" guarantee.

Fast delivery but not careful: plants upside down, damaged. Half of the package arrives. A phone call allowed for the conscientious resend of the missing half.

The Sedums were beautiful but as for the Lysimachia, I received some very stunted and yellowed young plants... so it's quite variable.

Great selection in the catalogue, huge choice, quality upon arrival. However, every delivery goes wrong: there's always at least 1 item missing, and the delivery is always delayed (up to 1 month!).
