I am always happy with what I receive ...

I recently placed an order with Promesse de Fleurs for a tree and two smaller plants. I only paid for one delivery and I received the order in two separate packages, I believe it was to ensure that the plants arrived in the best conditions. They arrived in Portugal quickly and in excellent condition. Very good packaging.

Interesting choice, it has everything I'm looking for. The product sheets are very detailed. Fast delivery, plants arrived in good condition.

The Oxalis bulbs I received are in excellent health, of a great size. Carefully packaged and very fast delivery.

Very satisfied with my orders (at least 10 this year). I ordered seeds but also young plants and the delivery has always gone well. The plants are properly packaged. I highly recommend without hesitation!

Out of 14 bulbs of various varieties planted, the plantings have yielded different flowerings, except for the dahlia ball Sylvia bulb ref 6779, for which I received a packet with about ten mini carrots separated from each other and which never emerged from the ground, despite being planted in the same way as all the other varieties (first in individual pots, then in the ground). My order from the 4th of February 2024 was a disaster. Firstly, you debited the amount of 115 euros immediately upon ordering. Not to mention the delivery scheduled for late March/early April which was a disaster as it was never delivered on time! So, you have been working with my money for 2 months. I don't think I will order from you again!

Great value for money and a wide selection! Additionally, the delivery is fast and the items are very well protected!

Well packaged, the aronia arrived in excellent condition. It adapted well and produced around fifteen fruits that delighted the blackbirds. Over the course of three months, it more than doubled in size, with beautiful foliage. Great service, great plant.

All the plants received have taken well, not all have bloomed but next year should be magnificent.

Packaging not suitable for large trees: broken branches sticking out of the 1.80m cardboard box! Additionally, the tree received does not match the tree ordered: leaf colour different (green instead of purple), leaf shape different (not laciniate), and pot label different! Despite this, they refuse the exchange claiming that the leaves can change as they age (will the label change too?)!

First order and satisfied with the plants received.

Just give them a little water upon arrival, but within a few days everything has become perfectly healthy.

Package received this morning and what a mess! Plants poorly wrapped, poorly arranged, out of pots and soil. Stems crushed, leaves damaged. They acknowledge that the package could suffer during the journey but that the plants do not suffer anything. It depends on the root system and Clematis do not forgive. After spending 2 hours detailing and trying to send photos, customer service/contact fails. Definitely to be avoided.

Very reliable company, the plants are of high quality and the customer service is excellent. You can go there with your eyes closed.

As every year, since I discovered the sunpatiens, I order 15 of them. Overall, the plants arrive in good condition, I nurture them in a bright room at a constant temperature before planting them as soon as the temperature allows in our mountain area. Needless to say, all summer long, many passers-by stop to admire this beautiful flowering!
