Very satisfied, as my rose bushes then traveled by mail to Guadeloupe since delivery is not offered in the overseas territories. They arrived well today and I am optimistic about their growth. My brother had received the package in Brittany. Quickly delivered and very well packaged. I am very satisfied.

The weeding knife is not sturdy enough, it bent after a few uses, which is a shame because it is a practical and effective tool, but if the ground is hard, it is not strong enough.

Disastrous delivery, I was notified of the arrival of my package 30 minutes before the parcel shop closed. It was then closed for 2 and a half days! When I collected the package, the plant inside was irretrievably moldy! I made a complaint and was refunded in the form of a credit... the logical thing would have been to credit the amount back to the payment method used for the order.

I bought 5 Delosperma from Promesse de fleurs. They arrived in a deplorable condition. Anyway, they didn't stand a chance considering the packaging! I complained about 2 plants that had lost half of their branches and were crushed. They no longer looked like anything. Unacceptable response from customer service: "We advise you to proceed with planting and wait a few weeks to observe the development of your plants." In my local garden centre, they were offering beautiful Delosperma this week, twice as cheap and five times bigger! This is the last time I order from this website. It will prevent me from being disappointed by unfulfilled promises.

Plants in perfect condition, excellent communication

Hello, for once, the delivery wasn't great. The plants were upside down, the soil had spilled out of its bag. I immediately replanted everything, but I'm really not sure if anything will come out of it. I'll see in the coming weeks...

As much as the roses (12 in total) from the first 2 packages were beautiful, this 3rd package of 8 plants, meant to replace the package that was damaged during the initial delivery, was somewhat disappointing: although they were the last 8 subjects in stock, it doesn't justify the fact that 3 of them were "pathetic" as shown in the photos! Hoping that they will regain their vigor! But this wouldn't have happened if the carrier used - DPD - took care of its packages and its customers. Unfortunately, this is far from the case! Alas!

Very very well packaged, total respect for quality plants, fast delivery. What a joy! And so much choice... Extra advice compared to other sites where nothing grows. We spend on the very practical and well-made website, easy payment.

Goods arrived quickly. In good condition. Now I'm waiting for the return.

Plants arrived in poor condition. The roses had black spots on the leaves, the fuchsias had yellow leaves. Delivery was delayed compared to the initially indicated date. Order was placed in March with immediate payment and delivery was at the end of May. This seems very late for this type of summer plant.

The plants are in excellent condition, although in my opinion their journey was not the easiest. As soon as they were delivered, they were immediately replanted and since then, it's been a celebration! They are magnificent. Some of them have even produced particularly beautiful flowering shoots. In short, it was a very pleasant new experience that I will gladly repeat!

Fast delivery time respected. Healthy plants have taken well.

On my second order, my plant did not recover... After contacting them, they quickly issued me a voucher for the equivalent amount, which allowed me to make another attempt. Plus, I incorrectly filled out the order form to "slip" the credit... They were really efficient and courteous!!! Truly a pleasant experience!

(SKU 17175) - The sea buckthorn duo arrived safely, and I planted them immediately, as always. Unfortunately, one of the two did not survive. I cannot say whether it was the male or the female. Regards, Jean-Claude Mauléon

Order arrived quickly, plants carefully packaged and in good condition, I am very satisfied. I had a bad experience before with another website, so I am happy to have found a garden centre that seems trustworthy.

Plants received in very bad condition. I will not be ordering from this website again.
