Lots of choices. The desired plant is definitely there. Plants in excellent condition after delivery.

The plants are very good, just one that wasn't in good condition upon delivery. It was refunded to me without any issues. I will order again with confidence.

Order and delivery were done without any issues. The plants were as ordered and arrived in good condition, with a quick delivery time. The only downside was the excessive use of plastic ++++ to wrap the plants, not very environmentally friendly.

The chilli plant feet introduced insects that decimated the rest of my plantings.

Too expensive, plants are small in size.

As usual, package very well prepared arrived without any issues and the plants were planted in the ground.

Order received in good condition but this week SURPRISE, the blue delphiniums I was eagerly waiting for are pink!! What a shame... Maybe better stock monitoring next time??

Package received in good condition, some young plants have suffered a bit, but nothing serious. The joys of transportation. The young plants are very well wrapped and protected. Everything is planted, now it's just a matter of listening to the shoots grow :)

Never disappointed with the seeds on this site, especially the lamb's lettuce which I never miss. Very good seed supplier.

I was expecting a standard rose tree between 80 and 120 cm, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive this rose tree of 140cm. Very happy with this purchase from Promesse de fleurs, as always!!! Thank you so much! ;)

A punctual and serious delivery, a perfectly packaged parcel. The young plants are healthy and well rooted, they will have all autumn to settle in. Can't wait to see the outcome!

Disappointing product = received a scrawny bush when the website photos led me to hope for a small, bushy privet tree. I replanted it right away, and added another small bush (bought from a florist in my neighbourhood) to hide the naked base. And now, after 3 weeks, it has lost its leaves.

Regarding the plants, they are good but the shipping is a disaster. The plants arrive upside down, often through the cardboard, more in their pot, the plant labels through the cardboard as well as the soil. It's a shame that you don't do it like LePage Perennials where I also order, the pots are tightly packed in the box, a straw covers them and nothing moves. All the cardboard packaging you put in is useless.

This is not my first order. As always, the delivery is quick, the quality of the plants is excellent. I recommend.

Catastrophic handling of the delivery, no updates, no follow-up from Promesse de Fleurs. The delivery never arrived. I was promised a refund of over 300 euros more than a week ago but still haven't received anything and no updates. Following the response below: my apologies, indeed the refund has been processed on PayPal but had not yet appeared on my credit card. Thank you for your response and your promptness (which was evident at every stage of the process, by the way). I appreciate the attention you give to your customers, hoping this will help you improve - at least the willingness seems to be there.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. My plant arrived partly yellowed, but once planted, it perked up right away.

The package arrived in poor condition. Inside, the plugs were crumbled and there were pieces of plants mixed with the soil. Poor handling of the plants, one even looks dead.
