This Inspiration collection of spring bulbs in a soft colour scheme brings together two varieties of daffodils and three different varieties of tulips. Their single or double flowers are more or less fragrant and display a pastel palette. These bulbs bloom between March and late April, welcoming spring in all its beauty. You can plant the bulbs in autumn in a perennial bed or a large border. Enjoy their flowers in a vase as well, as they make excellent cut flowers.
This Collection consists of:
5 'Fragrant Rose' Daffodils: a large 10 cm flower with a beautiful pure white corolla and a deep pink crown that exhales an astonishing fragrance of old roses. This variety blooms in April, reaching a height of 40 cm.
10 'Yellow Cheerfulness' Daffodils: a variety from the Tazetta group, pleasantly fragrant. Each stem carries 4 to 8 double, creamy yellow flowers on a long, sturdy stem of 40 cm. Blooms in April.
10 'Albert Heijn' Fosteriana Tulips: single, tapered flowers in a fairly bright candy pink, shaded with lilac, borne on a short and sturdy stem of 35 cm. It faithfully blooms from mid-March.
10 'Exotic Emperor' Fosteriana Tulips: a variety of great class, elegant, fragrant, and fresh. Large semi-double white flowers subtly brushed and veined with green on the outside. Blooms from mid-March, with a stem of 40 cm.
10 'Foxy Foxtrot' Early Double Tulips: an original and modern, voluptuous flower evoking peonies in shades of yellow, orange, apricot, and salmon pink. Its light fragrance is captivating. Blooms in April, with a stem of 40 cm.
Varieties are packed and labelled separately.

Botanical data
Plant your bulbs as soon as possible in a well-drained soil. Loosen the soil deeply. Plant at a depth of 10 or 15 cm (Bulbs should be covered with twice their height of soil). Space the bulbs a few cm apart, making sure they do not touch each other. Choose a sunny location for better flowering. After flowering, cut the flower stalks and allow the leaves to dry completely before cutting them.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
