Description

The Triumph Tulip 'Annie Schilder' is a spring bulb with an upright habit. From April to May, it produces large single flowers in a shade of orange tinged with pink. These flowers, measuring 5-8cm (2-3in) in diameter, are delicately scented.

The flowering stems are supported by very strong stems that can withstand strong winds. The leaves measure between 10 and 35cm (4 and 14in) in length. At maturity, the 'Annie Schilder' tulip can reach a height of 40cm (16in).

It is a very hardy plant. The Triumph variety is perfect for large flower beds in rocky or gravel gardens. It also thrives in pots or planters on a balcony or terrace. Its cut flowers make beautiful bouquets to display in a vase.
