The Hydrangea anomala is a magnificent climbing plant for shade, capable of reaching heights of up to 8 metres (26 feet). In summer, this beautiful climber is covered with flat umbel, often white or pink flowers (called Lacecap). Its green or variegated foliage with cream depending on the variety, is deciduous. Like ivy or trumpet vine, the Hydrangea anomala produces stems with studs enabling it to cling and support itself. It can grow on old tree trunks, walls, pergolas, etc. The Hydrangea anomala is a robust, disease- and cold-resistant variety. Easy to grow, it will thrive in any rich and humus-bearing soil.

You'll adore them!
