You are a fan of white flower beds? Do you want to bring chic and brightness to your partially shaded flower beds? These plants are made for you!
Some remain pure white throughout the flowering period, like the 'Black Steel Zebra' hydrangea with large leaves (which also has beautiful black stems), or the H. arborescens which then fade to brown. However, in most varieties, such as 'Madame Emile Mouillère' hydrangea, the white takes on slight pink hues (sometimes mauve) after a few weeks, making them reliable choices in the long term as the flowers then fade beautifully.
Similarly, with paniculate hydrangeas, white gives way to pink or green as they fade, just like oakleaf hydrangeas.
The climbing hydrangeas are also white (except for 'Crûg Coral' hydrangea which is pink!).
