Our range of climbing roses with bicolour blooms brings together varieties with variegated and striped petals, true curiosities for the garden. Like the two-tone roses, these climbers catch the eye with their combinations of bold or pastel hues: yellow and pink, red and white, cream and carmine... Their multicoloured flowers bring originality and vibrant colour to walls, trellises, pergolas, or fences.
The floriferous climbing rose ‘Julie Andrieu’ produces large, full roses with creamy petals tinged with apricot, broadly edged with raspberry pink. 'Oriental Peace’ is vigorous and perpetual, yielding large, well-formed flowers in shifting tones of golden yellow, coppery orange, and bright pink. ‘Pirate’, with its large blooms variegated in cherry red and ivory white, has a baroque and whimsical charm on a wall. ‘Vihaïpi’ offers corollas with golden hearts, splashed with cherry red and white, in a very free-spirited style. ‘Hanabi’ displays semi-double ivory-white flowers boldly marked with irregular splashes of carmine red. An impressionist firework display in the garden!
All these roses thrive in sunny locations and fertile, deep, well-drained soil. Young stems should be trained from planting, followed by light pruning after each flowering to encourage perpetual blooms.
