This Herder mushroom knife is the essential tool for picking wild mushrooms. Made mostly by hand, it is equipped with a curved and smooth stainless steel blade that allows for a clean cut of the mushroom stem, a beautiful handle made of brown-red plum wood, and a small brush with natural hair located at the end of the handle for removing the soil on the spot during picking.
