Born among cabbages? No. Raised amidst the scent of roses? Yes. It was undoubtedly in childhood that Pascale’s passion and respect for nature took root. While she built a professional life quite removed from growing vegetables and flowers, now in her fifties, she tends her kitchen garden and flower beds where daylilies, columbines, and other flowering perennials thrive. Always keeping a watchful eye on Romy, her little grey cat who accompanies her everywhere, her four hens pecking in her wake, or the small wildlife fluttering in the air or burrowing in the soil. Alongside this, she nurtures a passion for words – a passion that has steered her career towards writing. So it comes quite naturally to her to combine the practical with the pleasurable, effortlessly switching between computer mouse and garden trowel.
