Sophie

Passionate about plants and gardens since childhood, Sophie naturally turned her passion into a career by studying landscape engineering. Having left the North for the shores of the Mediterranean, she specialised in cultivating drought-resistant plants and designing Mediterranean gardens. She practices environmentally friendly gardening and lets nature breathe in her (far too!) large garden, where wild herbs welcome a multitude of birds, reptiles, and animals of all kinds.
