Jean-Christophe

Jean-Christophe fell into gardening much like one falls into a faint… or rather into tulips, while visiting Keukenhof Park in the Netherlands. A self-taught enthusiast, he has the merit of having learned everything through hands-on experience. His expertise was acquired in the garden, initially by sowing annuals in packs of 10. Noticing that the results didn’t quite meet his expectations, he immersed himself in the best gardening books to broaden his knowledge and refine his techniques. An English teacher in his spare time, he also watched hundreds of hours of BBC programmes to become, by turns, both master and servant of his 2000 m² of Béarnais soil. And it’s alongside the spirited Starsky that he sows, plants, takes cuttings, and prunes throughout the year.
