It stands out with its cup-shaped flowers featuring numerous petals tightly packed together. Additionally, it fills the air with its fragrance, blending floral and fruity notes. This bush rose grows up to 1 metre and forms a healthy, vigorous bush with dark green foliage. It is perfect for decorating small gardens or creating flowering beds. It pairs well with perennials or annuals, or even another rose in lighter or white tones.

Another creation by David Austin, the Sharifa Asma rose combines the grace of English roses, a delightful pale pink colour, and an intense fragrance with fruity notes of grape and blackberry. This bush rose grows up to 1.20 metres and produces very full-petalled flowers with a heart forming rosettes. The large flowers, measuring 9 cm in diameter, bloom in a well-rounded cup shape from June to October. They are stunning in a cut flower arrangement.

Climbing rose Zephirine Drouhin, a must-have

The climbing rose Zephirine Drouhin stands out with its vibrant, deep pink colour, powerful fragrance, and vigour. It is one of the best climbing roses, adapting even to mountainous regions and northern exposures. From June to October, it produces 7 cm semi-double flowers, perfect for creating fragrant bouquets with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant. Additionally, this old rose, derived from Bourbon roses, is thornless. It reaches a height of 3 metres and can be grown as a bush or on arches.

Old Rose Mme Isaac Pereire, a reliable choice

With its large, very double flowers, powerful fragrance, and intense fuchsia pink colour, the old rose Mme Isaac Pereire has captivated many. Descending from Bourbon roses, it is both an old and climbing rose. This bush can grow up to 2.50 metres and is repeat flowering, with a generous flowering period that extends from May to October. The numerous petals curl outward, and the light green foliage enhances the almost red pink tones of the flowers. Its fragrance is heady with peppery notes. The cut flowers create beautiful, romantic, and highly fragrant bouquets.

Rosa ‘Madame Isaac Pereire’

Old Rose Mme Ernest Calvat, the tenderness of pink

Also derived from Bourbon roses, the old rose Mme Ernest Calvat is characterised by the strength of its sweet fragrance. This climbing rose grows up to 2.5 metres in height and can be cultivated as a bush or to adorn the wall of a house. It blooms generously between May and October, bearing large flowers of 12 cm in the shape of small cabbages in a light pink colour. To ensure it grows in the best conditions, plant it in a sunny or partially shaded spot.

Rosa ‘Madame Ernest Calvat’

Old rose Louise Odier, a heady fragrance

Regarded as one of the best Bourbon roses, the old rose Louise Odier is very vigorous and easy to grow. From June to October, it produces flowers composed of around forty petals, in the shape of round cups measuring 7 cm. Its warm pink colour features lilac undertones. Its fragrance is heady and intoxicating. It grows up to 1.80 metres and prefers cool climates, where winter is well-defined.

Baronne Prévost Rose, an intense and wild fragrance

The Baronne Prévost rose is one of the best repeat flowering hybrids. From June to October, it produces large cup-shaped flowers measuring 11 cm, with tightly packed petals that are quartered. The colour of its flowers, a lovely pink with lilac undertones, is stunning, and its fragrance is both intense and wild, with a hint of peppery notes. Vigorous, it forms a bush reaching 1.5 metres at ripeness, adorned with glossy green foliage and thorns. To remain floriferous, it requires a sunny position and rich soil.

Large-flowered rose The Molinard rose, sheer elegance

If the La Rose de Molinard rose is named after the famous perfumer from Grasse, there are good reasons for it! This hybrid tea can grow up to 1.75 metres and produces stunning roses in abundance from May to October. The 9 cm flowers are elegant and rich in tightly packed petals. They display an exceptional fresh and intense pink and emit a powerful scent of old rose, with notes of fruit, from pear to citrus. This vigorous rose has received the ADR label, ensuring great resistance to diseases. Its roses create magnificent, highly distinguished and fragrant bouquets.

Rosa ‘La Rose de Molinard’

Old Centifolia muscosa rose, a sweet and sugary fragrance

The Moss Rose is the result of a mutation of the cabbage rose, which has imparted its rich fragrance and petal quality. Its foliage is covered in fragrant, resinous moss. Its 8 cm flowers exude a sweet, delicate scent and are adorned with a fresh, attractive pink. The roses cause the stems of this bush to bend, which can climb up to 1.30 metres and requires staking. It blooms in June and July.

Rugosa rose Roseraie de L'Hay, an intense sweet fragrance

The Roseraie de l’Hay rose boasts a deep pink colour and an intense fragrance. From May to October, it produces delightful, colourful, and fragrant flowers measuring 8 cm. Its crinkled foliage is light green, turning yellow in autumn. Within its sweet scent, notes of honey and clove emerge. Derived from a rugosa rose, it inherits thorny stems and great resistance to diseases. Very hardy, it adapts well to sandy soils and sea spray, and can even be grown by the seaside. It can grow up to 2 metres in height.
