Michael

He is both the Head Gardener, the Cultivation Director, and the main blogger for Promesse de fleurs: with a higher education in horticulture, he began his gardening career early, helping his father, Jean le Bret, to create the Clos du Coudray, one of the most beautiful parks in Normandy, which he later took over. Michaël was also a journalist before joining Promesse de fleurs in 2011. In his spare time, when he’s not on expeditions in the high valleys of Yunnan to discover new plant varieties, he grumbles while correcting the errors hidden in the plant descriptions on Promessedefleurs.com. In short, though modest, he is one of the finest plant specialists in France!
