Made in France
This 3-tine garden claw, with its very long eucalyptus handle, is a sturdy and manoeuvrable tool, perfect for aerating and loosening the surface of the soil between established plants without harming their roots. Its head is made of steel. It is assembled in France and guaranteed for 8 years by the manufacturer.

This Terracotta Garden Claw by Leborgne is a sturdy and easy-to-handle tool, very useful for working around plants. Its head is equipped with 3 curved steel tines and can manoeuvre anywhere, loosening, scraping, weeding, and aerating the surface of the soil around the plants. A long eucalyptus handle allows the user to spare their back when using the tool.

The garden claw is an essential tool for gardening, especially for maintaining the soil between vegetables and flowers grown in open ground. It allows for weeding, loosening, and refining the texture of the soil after using a spade, fork, or pickaxe, creating a favourable environment for sowing, germination, and the development of young roots. The garden claw also helps facilitate the penetration of water into the soil by breaking the crust that forms in frequently watered clayey or loamy soils. This model consists of a long eucalyptus handle, 15 to 20% more resistant than beech or ash, with a 28mm (1in) socket where the steel head attaches. This head is formed by 3 curved tines, slightly hooked at their ends: the centre one is much more curved than the two lateral tines, for efficient and precise work. This tool can also manoeuvre around vegetable plants, flower beds, or bushes to dislodge young weeds that can then be easily picked up. The handle is compostable, and the metal head is recyclable. The garden claw is sometimes called a garden rake, cultivator, pickaxe claw, or weeder. This model, designed for amateur gardeners, comes with an 8-year guarantee from the manufacturer.

The Leborgne company designs, manufactures, and sells tools of the highest quality, with craftsmanship that has been honed for over 175 years. The brand has built a solid reputation among professional and amateur gardeners. Its high-quality production and constant innovation have earned the loyalty of demanding customers.

This tool is under warranty. The warranty does not apply to handles or grips, only to the metal parts, except consumables (screws, springs, etc.), and within the scope of normal use.

Directions for use The 3-tooth garden claw is particularly suitable for shallow soil work between plants. It is used to refine the soil, especially in spring, after preparing and turning over the soil with a spade, pickaxe or fork-spade. It can also be used for weeding: scrape the soil and then remove the unwanted weeds. It is a useful tool for cleaning the borders near crops, without risking damage to their roots. By breaking up the crust that forms on the surface of frequently watered clayey and/or loamy soils, this tool facilitates the penetration of water and limits its evaporation. You can also harvest small potatoes using the garden claw. Store your tool in a dry place, protected from the sun and bad weather.
