This Bahco P34-37 Pruning lopper is a durable and high-performing professional-grade model designed for pruning small branches located at height, without the need for a ladder. The blade can be easily removed and replaced with a tree-pruning saw blade if necessary. This pruning lopper attaches to Bahco ASP and ATP poles. It comes with a 5-metre (16 feet) cord and handle.

The pruning lopper is a tool that resembles a secateur mounted on the end of a pole, which is operated through a cord with a handle. A telescopic pole or a modular pole can be used to reach branches located more than 7 metres (23 feet) from the ground without the need for a ladder. The diameter of the branches that can be cut depends on the models, but generally should not exceed 2 or 3 cm (1in) in thickness. The name of the pruning lopper is related to its primary function, which is to cut branches that host caterpillar nests safely, without having to climb the tree or approach the nest. The pruning saw can also be used for gentle pruning on a tree or bush.
