A set of rectangular wooden and slate planting labels. This is an accessory that will quickly become essential for naming the diversity of plants that make up the garden, the plants in the greenhouse, or the rows of seedlings in the vegetable garden. They help the gardener to orientate and remember plants, but also allow children to learn the names of flowers, shrubs, fruits, and vegetables. Marking the labels should be done with a chalk marker (not provided).

These rectangular wooden and slate plant labels made by La Cordeline allow you to write the name of each plant in the garden, greenhouse, or vegetable patch. They are both aesthetic and durable, and will quickly become essential for remembering and locating plants, but also for teaching children the names of flowers, shrubs, fruits, and vegetables. The name of the plants should be written on the slate using a chalk marker (not provided).

Seed packets, as well as the printed ribbons and labels that are provided when buying plants, often deteriorate quickly under the combined action of sunlight and rain, with the names of the plants quickly becoming illegible. These La Cordeline labels, however, are made of slate and wood and withstand heat and time well. They can therefore be reused many times. The name of the plant can be written on them using a chalk marker before they are placed. Then all you need to do is insert the label in the garden soil, pot, greenhouse, or vegetable patch close to the plant that you wish to name.

These labels are very useful accessories that every gardener will appreciate. In the vegetable patch, labels are essential for locating sowings of lettuces, radishes, or carrots, as well as different varieties of melons or squashes. In the ornamental garden, some perennials or bulbs disappear underground for a good part of the year and risk disappearing under an unfortunate blow from a hoe or pickaxe if they have not been labelled. Collectors of irises or ornamental grasses will appreciate being able to remember the names of the beautiful varieties they have planted. Lovers of rare plants for which there is no common name can, thanks to the label that acts as a handy memory aid, display the Latin name of their latest acquisition to their admiring visitors. Finally, naming a plant is an excellent way to awaken children's interest in nature in all its diversity.
