These plastic links with notches allow you to securely attach all the plants in the garden to their support. An extension of the fastening ring, the notched tie is adjustable in width, and it will not damage the plants.

The FIX plastic ties are used somewhat like the 'Serflex' hose clamps that DIY enthusiasts are familiar with, but they have been specifically designed to securely attach trees and bushes to their support without damaging their branches. This accessory is easy to install.

Sometimes it is necessary to securely attach plants to a stake or post to protect them from wind damage while they establish their roots. The FIX 17 and Fix 40 ties are resistant to tension. Made of polypropylene, they are both flexible and rigid. Each tie is a dark green colored open 8-shaped ring with a notched fastener that can be adjusted in width to fit the diameter of the stake or post that will support the bush. Place the smooth ring portion around the stem or trunk of your plant. Then wrap the notched portion around the stake and insert it into the designated ring. Tighten to the desired width by pulling on the notched fastener.

Directions for use These FIX links are particularly suitable for supporting small-sized bushes or trees. Plant your stake or support in the soil at a good depth, if possible before or at the same time as your plant. The anchoring should be strong enough to prevent the wind from destabilizing the bush along with its support. Take into account the direction of the prevailing winds: the support should be placed facing the wind, in front of the trunk. Place the smooth ring part around the stem or trunk of your tree or bush. Then wrap the serrated part around the support and insert it into the designated ring. Pull on the serrated fastener to achieve the desired width.
