The scraper is a tool designed to weed the vegetable garden or ornamental garden without the use of chemicals. It allows hoeing, which means manually and mechanically removing weeds by scraping the soil superficially, without turning it over. The head of the scraper cuts at the level of the plant's collar, i.e. the junction between the aboveground vegetation and the root system. The head of this NaturOvert model, 15cm (6in) wide, is entirely made of high carbon tempered steel (38-46 HRC), it is very resistant to shocks and torsion. The joint of the blade allows optimizing the cutting angle to tackle weeds of all sizes. The conical socket is fixed with screws, which allows the handle to be easily changed if necessary. This agile tool works quickly and in both directions, pushing or pulling, it easily slips under plants, even when their vegetation is abundant. The 150cm (59in) handle is made of 100% PEFC certified wood, i.e. sustainably managed forests. It is finished in a "pomme" shape and drilled at its end to facilitate tool storage. The handle is compostable, the metal head is recyclable. This product, assembled in France, is guaranteed for 15 years by the manufacturer.
