The scraper is a tool designed to weed the vegetable garden or ornamental garden without the use of chemicals. It allows for hoeing, which means manually and mechanically removing weeds by superficially scraping the soil without turning it. The head of this NaturOvert model, 16cm (6in) wide, allows for two uses: the wide blade side cleanly cuts under the neck of young unwanted herbs at the surface of the soil, while the narrow blade side slices through tough plants (dandelions, dock, plantain, plants with taproots) and gathers the cut herbs. It is made of tempered high-carbon steel (38-42 HRC) with a thickness of 1mm, very resistant to shocks and torsion. The conical socket is attached with screws, which allows for easy replacement of the handle if necessary. This tool easily slips under plants, even when their vegetation is abundant. The 150cm (59in) wooden handle is finished with a "pomme" and pierced at its end to facilitate tool storage. The handle is compostable, the metal head is recyclable. This product, assembled in France, is guaranteed for 15 years by the manufacturer.
