It is one of the earliest and most floriferous varieties. From March onwards, it is covered in delicate white flowers with multiple petals, lightly scented. The flowers of the star magnolia will last for several weeks before giving way to dark green leaves. In autumn, the deciduous foliage of the star magnolia will take on golden hues. The Magnolia stellata thrives in full sun or partial shade, in cool, well-drained soil with a neutral to slightly acidic pH, but struggles with limestone. Magnolia grandiflora 'Little Gem'
Magnolia grandiflora ‘Little Gem’ is remarkable for its evergreen dark and glossy foliage, but also for its small size which earns it the nickname “dwarf magnolia“. This superb bush, which does not exceed 2.5 m, is the miniature version of the large-flowered magnolia. With its lovely pyramidal shape, it beautifully decorates modest-sized gardens. The Magnolia grandiflora ‘Little Gem’ produces magnificent large flowers of an almost cream white throughout the summer. Each flower, with its delicate lemony fragrance, lasts only a day, but they are renewed daily. The flowers will give rise to large decorative fruits that are red and conical in shape. The dwarf magnolia prefers a sunny or partially shaded location, in preferably clayey, deep, cool, rich, and consistent soil.

Magnolia 'White Caviar'
The Magnolia ‘White Caviar’ is a very beautiful bush ornamental, ideal for small gardens, thanks to its compact habit of 3 m high and 2 m wide. Its evergreen and glossy dark green foliage gives it an exotic appearance. From May to August, it produces magnificent cream-white flowers with original pink stamens that are also fragrant. The edges of the petals are slightly highlighted in pink. A bit tender, it is best suited for rather mild climates for outdoor cultivation, where frosts do not exceed -10 °C. Elsewhere, pot cultivation is preferred. It enjoys a position in light sun or partial shade, in fresh, acidic soil.

In April, sublime flowers, a barely visible washed-out white with a hint of pink, appear abundantly on the naked tree. Each flower consists of around fifty petals and emits a sweet lemony fragrance. The flowers give way to dark green foliage in summer and golden hues in autumn. The Magnolia loebneri ‘Wildcat’ prefers a sunny or partially shaded position, in rich, deep, well-drained soil that remains moist.
