It is a versatile and very practical tool for surface soil aeration and loosening, weeding, hilling, hoeing, and furrow marking. Guaranteed for 8 years by the manufacturer, assembled in France.

This Terracotta compound fork and hoe from Leborgne is a sturdy tool, made from high-quality materials to satisfy the most demanding gardeners. Its head is made of forged and tempered iron for better durability, and its handle is made of wood from eucalyptus, a very hard wood whose resistance is 15% to 20% higher than that of ash or beech handles.

The compound fork and hoe is an essential tool when gardening, and one of the first to acquire, due to its versatility. This model consists of a 110 cm (43in) eucalyptus handle, known for its hardness, with a 26 cm (10in) forged and tempered iron head capable of withstanding shocks, twisting, and corrosion. It is a double-headed and dual-purpose tool. The flat and square side of the head, called a hoe, allows for weeding by scraping the surface of the soil, hoeing, and hilling, which means piling up the soil around the base of plants, or digging the soil. While the two-pronged fork-shaped side scrapes or loosens the surface of the soil, dislodging the roots of 'weeds', without harming the roots of already well-established plants. In the vegetable garden, the applied and compound fork and hoe can be used to dig a furrow in the soil for sowing, in line with a marked line using a cord. This compound fork and hoe is perfect for working the soil in small spaces and can manoeuvre around plants that are too close together for a wider hoe to pass through. The handle of this tool is compostable, and the metal head is recyclable. This tool, assembled in France, comes with an 8-year warranty from the manufacturer.

The Leborgne company designs, manufactures and sells tools whose quality comes from over 175 years of expertise. The brand has built a solid reputation among professionals and amateur gardeners. Its high-quality production and continuous innovation have earned the loyalty of demanding customers.

This tool is covered by a warranty. The warranty does not apply to handles or grips, only to the metal parts except consumables (screws, springs, etc.) and within the scope of normal use.
