This small traditional flower fork from Pypere has been designed to work in flower pots, flower boxes, and raised vegetable beds. It is a sturdy and well-made hand tool, equipped with an ash wood handle and a small 3-tined head forged by hand from steel, with a boron steel finish. Lightweight, manoeuvrable, and durable, this hand fork will last for many years.

Dimensions: blade: 13 x 8.5cm (3in) - handle length: 14cm (6in)

A fork is essentially a complementary tool to a spade, designed to loosen, cultivate, and break up the soil deeply, on small surfaces. It is also much better suited than a spade for working with clayey or heavy and compact soils. It allows you to break up the soil without turning it over, simply by digging in the tines. Unlike a spade, this garden tool does not disturb the soil's microbial life and does not sever earthworms, which are essential for soil health and fertility. This hand fork can also be used for raking, scraping, and scratching the soil surface between plants for weeding or cleaning. It consists of a handle made of sustainably managed natural ash wood, known for its hardness and lightness, with a metal socket where the 3-tined head is attached. Forged from hardened steel, it is resistant to shocks, torsion, and corrosion thanks to the boron steel finish. The handle is compostable, and the metal head is recyclable.

The traditional Pypere range includes high-quality tools, all made of forged steel and equipped with ash wood handles. The boron steel coating on the tines is very hard and resistant, making it a valuable material for tools that can be heavily used in the garden.

This tool is under warranty. The warranty does not apply to handles or grips, only to the metal parts excluding consumables (screws, springs, etc.) and within the scope of normal use.
