Polet Spade with Fibreglass Handle

This applied Polet digging and uprooting spade is equipped with footrests, a wood handle with fibreglass reinforcement ending in a "T" shape, and a high-grade polished steel spade head. This spade is designed to dig any type of soil deeply and cut through roots in one clean stroke. It is often used to uproot trees and bushes because its narrow and long blade can reach deep roots. This model consists of a handle that is 5 times stronger than wood and does not split lengthwise. The handle's core is made up of millions of very fine glass fibres, soaked and baked with epoxy glue, coated with PVC, and covered with a layer of wood for a natural appearance. The socket is a riveted feather socket where the sharp-edged blade is attached, made of carbon steel that is resistant to shocks, torsion, and corrosion thanks to its boron steel finish. On the right and left side of the handle, the spade head has been hammered and flattened into a footrest, providing a non-sharp foothold. The handle, ending in a T shape, multiplies the force, enabling leverage to drive the head into the ground using the foot.
