The recovery has been challenging but I still had a few flowers. I don't understand why its shoot doesn't grow more.

Planting and care

Plant Salvia in neutral to slightly alkaline, moist soil. This lovely young plant adapts well to rich, well-drained soil. When planting, add a basal fertilizer. In late autumn, prune it back to 25 cm (10in) and mulch in colder regions.
