Description

The TURFLINE Super Green Lawn is a next-generation blend that combines high-performance grasses with a micro-clover lawn featuring multiple qualities. Both economical and environmentally friendly, this lawn forms a beautiful carpet that remains green throughout the seasons while requiring less fertiliser, less watering, and less weeding. The seeds are best sown in March-April by scattering, in the sun, in well-prepared and loosened soil. 1 kg of seeds can cover up to 30 m², 35 m² for patching up.

General characteristics:

  • Green lawn all year round with less watering.
  • Requires no fertiliser thanks to the Microclover® micro-clover, which feeds the lawn by providing natural nitrogen nutrients.
  • Help avoid weeds and promotes biodiversity. More resilient to climate changes, it remains aesthetically pleasing and durable.
  • Reduced maintenance hours allow for more enjoyment of a healthy and economical short grass lawn.

Content:

  • 50% Creeping red fescue.
  • 15% Chewings fescue.
  • 30% Quick Action® ryegrass.
  • 5% Microclover® micro-clover.

  • 2.5 kg: covers 70 m² for new lawns or 80 m² for patching up.

Planting and care

Sowing:

Sow directly in a sunny spot, in well-prepared, weed-free, refined, and raked soil. Scatter-sow over the surface of the soil and then lightly rake to cover the seeds. You can use a roller to ensure the seeds adhere well to the soil if wished. Water regularly with a fine spray to keep the soil slightly moist until germination if there is no rain.

Usage and dosage:

Sow between March and October, with the optimal periods being March, April, September, and October.
