Musa velutina Seeds - Banana

This adorable little banana tree quickly forms a lush young plant with large, highly ornamental leaves, imbued with a gentle tropical sweetness. It produces very beautiful upright flowers within a few months where tightly packed flowers with pink bracts are soon followed by pink, velvety bananas, which are very decorative, even when grown indoors. Somewhat frost-sensitive, it benefits from being grown in a large container, in fertile and fresh soil.
