Planting and care

Plant in rich and deep soil, in full sun or partial shade. Prune the withered foliage at the beginning of winter. Regular fertilization promotes growth and increases flowering. Tip: Go for height with these towering plants that structure and balance volumes in the garden. When grown in isolation, the tallest ones will add volume and lightness against a dark backdrop of hedges or conifers. Those of intermediate size will adorn tall flower beds, just like giant dahlias.
