Planting and care

To plant your Tiarella, work the soil to a depth of 20 cubic centimetres, crumbling the soil well and adding a layer of dried blood or dehydrated horn. Place the plant in the hole and cover the top of the root ball with 3cm (1in) of soil. Fill in the hole and water generously to eliminate any air pockets. Tiarella cordifolia plants establish easily in any good moist soil.
