Rosier à grandes fleurs Perfume Factory (WEKnewibpusbi)
Thanks to the individuals (for order preparation and shipping), the bare root rose received appears healthy to me. Planted close to the 'Borneo Odore' variety, I am now patiently waiting for it to take root... or not?

Rosa Perfume Factory will delight fans of large, glamorous, and highly scented roses. It is a compact bush with particularly healthy foliage. It produces large, double flowers that are beautifully turbinate. They display a plum-coloured robe with magenta highlights that turns to lavender-purple. Their petals release an intense spicy and fruity fragrance. This repeat-flowering variety blooms throughout summer in successive waves, as long as faded blooms are regularly removed. It is a sublime variety for decorating beds or borders, and of course, for creating magnificent bouquets.
Rosa Perfume Factory 'WEKnewibpusbi' is a modern hybrid tea rose created by Tom Carruth in the USA. This rose breeder is the "father" of excellent varieties such as Scentimental and Hot Cocoa. It is a compact variety, forming an upright bush with thorny stems. It measures 60cm (24in) in height and 50cm (20in) in width after a few years. Its thick and perfectly healthy foliage is a matte dark green. It blooms abundantly from June to October. Its 9cm (4in) wide roses are double, solitary, and carried on long stems. The tightly closed buds open into turbinate roses composed of 40 to 45 petals. The petals evolve in shades of mauve, pink, and purple. Their fragrance is intense. The deciduous foliage falls in autumn.
Large-flowered bush roses are ideal for beautiful beds when planted in groups, or mixed in beds with small-sized shrubs. Combine them with weigelas, abelias, caryopteris, and peonies, for example. They are good companions for paniculate phlox and tall gypsophilias. The modest size, extraordinary fragrance, and disease-resistance make it perfect for all gardens, even small ones. it can also be grown in large pots. Its uses are versatile, based on the desires of each gardener. Plant it in a monochrome rose bed or with white, mauve, or purple varieties. It pairs well with light and easy-to-grow plants such as perennial geraniums (Geranium 'Blue Cloud', G. 'Anne Folkard', G. 'Nimbus', G. 'Orion'), bellflowers (lactiflora, rapunculoides), catmints, nigellas, foxgloves, and phlox. Its flowers are perfect for creating elegant bouquets that will beautifully perfume the house.

Botanical data
Plant Perfume Factory from November to March, in ordinary, well-prepared, and well-drained soil. Roses prefer clayey soils rather than light ones. In excessively sandy, compact, or dry summer soil, it is advisable to incorporate potting soil or decomposed manure or compost at the bottom of the planting hole. However, this rose fears waterlogged soil in winter. Place it in a sunny location, preferably in partial shade. Roses are hungry plants, so a specific fertiliser will be beneficial at the start of its growth, and regularly throughout the flowering period.
Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage new blooms.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
