Description
Heathers are low perennial ground cover plants.
They have the double advantage of having evergreen foliage and offering a very long flowering period in winter, when most other plants are dormant. We have selected Erica Carnea for you.
They are one of the few heather varieties that grow in all types of soil, even non-acidic ones.

Planting and care
Plant in good sandy garden soil that is rather poor and does not retain water permanently. A slightly chalky soil is also suitable. Adding 15% to 20% of compost or turf in the planting hole is recommended.

- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
