Planting and care

Easy to grow, they thrive in any good garden soil, permeable, light and well-drained. In our garden, we have planted them in the large rockery, on raised ground, in a mixture of soil and gravel as our soil is too heavy and too wet to accommodate these lovely plants without precautions. However, they are highly resistant to cold and can live for a long time in their position.
