Conditions of Sale
Our prices are indicated as follows:
For European Union (EU) countries: in euros and inclusive of all tax (TTC), excluding shipping fees.
For the rest of the world: in euros, and exclusive of tax (HT) and of shipping fees.
Our plants are shipped from Houplines (northern France) to various countries in Europe and around the world. Check the main menu in the website header for further information.
Availability
We manage our stock with the utmost care for your satisfaction. Placing an order does not, however, necessarily imply that all the products ordered are available. Plants are living items that are constantly evolving, and as such, a plant ordered may not meet the quality requirements for shipping, in which case we will offer, where possible, a substitute plant. Any products not delivered will be refunded or credited according to the customer's choice, within
the shortest possible time, but in any case no later than within 5 working days following receipt of a request, using the same payment method as was used for the original purchase.

Delivery Conditions
You can specify your preferred delivery window in the field provided when placing your order. This date shall be indicative only, and taking it into consideration shall not constitute an undertaking on our part to meet it. We shall of course do our utmost to deliver on or around that date. If you do not specify any delivery date, we will deliver at the best planting time.
We do not ship live plants on Fridays, Saturdays,on the eve of, or two days before French public holidays to minimise plant transit times.
We reserve the right to halt deliveries if weather conditions are incompatible with adequate plant preservation, especially during cold winter spells and summer heatwaves.
Packages are shipped by our carrier, with delivery times generally around 48 hours within France and variable timescales abroad according to the country. Heavy packages (over 30 kg) are delivered within 48-72 hours but may take longer depending on the delivery country. You can rest assured that we do our utmost to guarantee optimal transport conditions for our plants. You will be notified by email when your package is dispatched and given a shipping number to track its progress.
Should an order fail to be delivered within the set time frame, please email us as soon as possible to enable us so we can promptly follow-up with the carrier.
In case of loss or excessive delay in delivery by the carrier, we undertake to refund or replace the products ordered, except in the event of evident negligence on your part (such as failing to collect a package despite several reminders).
When ordering products from Promesse de Fleurs for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the package reaches its destination. You shall be liable for any additional customs clearance fees, which are beyond our control. As customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note furthermore that when you place an order with Promesse de Fleurs, you are deemed the official importer and must comply with any laws and regulations in force in the destination country, including regarding phyto-sanitary products. Lastly, while the privacy of your deliveries is important to us, we would draw your attention to the fact that cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by customs authorities.

We trust our customers and happily review any requests made within a reasonable timeframe, except for claims that we would deem evidently abusive. You will be offered a refund or exchange according to your preference. You also have the right to cancel and may return a package within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you in full within a maximum of 5 working days from your request,via the same payment method as was used to place your order.
We do not market florist-style, greenhouse-raised plants for an immediate visual effect, but nursery plants that will grow at their own pace and prove to be much more resilient. We ask for your trust as the gardens, plants, and our customers’ satisfaction have been at the core of our success for several decades.
