Calathea lietzei Fusion White - Peacock plant

Like many calatheas, this plant is prone to nyctinasty, meaning it folds its leaves at nightfall and unfolds them at dawn. Native to the tropical forests of South America, particularly Brazil, Calatheas thrive in humid and shaded environments. These natural conditions explain its needs: filtered light, high humidity, and temperatures between 18 and 27 °C. It does not tolerate temperatures below 15 °C.
