The Giant Pascal Celery is the high-quality type of celery.

Raw, this crunchy celery will mix very well in your summer salads. You can also use it in your soups or as a condiment. Celery is a good source of potassium. It is very low in calories.

Sow the seeds of Giant Pascal Celery in March-April in a greenhouse at 10-15°C (50-59°F)

For a late summer harvest, place it in a greenhouse in January at 15-18°C (59-64.4°F) and add compost.

Planting and care

Sow the branch celery in good compost, in a greenhouse or cold frame in March-April, at a temperature of around 10 to 15°C (50 to 59°F). Cover with a very thin layer of 3 mm (0in) of fine compost. Transplant the young plants of 5cm (2in) into a tray or a bucket, before planting in the garden in May or June, plants spaced 25cm (10in) apart. You can also plant directly in the garden after the last frosts. You will be able to harvest after 22 to 24 weeks.
