Lobularia maritima Royal Carpet

This Lobularia maritima or Royal Carpet sweet alyssum is an annual ground cover, with a very attractive flowering. Indeed, its multiple small violet-purple flowers appear from June and continue until October. They are abundant, fragrant and attract numerous insects.

The Royal Carpet sweet alyssum has many attractions: its compact habit forms a ball of colorful flowers that allows it to cover the edges of flower beds, but also to blend with hanging and potted annuals.
