Description

Begonia Summerwings Deep Red is a semi-trailing annual with unmatched floribundity. It has imposing single flowers in clusters of deep red colour that appear in June and last until the first frost. The Begonia has rapid and vigorous growth and blooms immediately. It has a branching habit.

This robust plant reaches a height of 40 to 50 cm (16 to 20in). The Begonia is ideal for full sun and can also be placed in partial shade. It is used in containers, on balconies, or in hanging baskets.

Begonia Summerwings pairs well with Impatiens.

Note: Please be aware that our plug plants are professional products intended for experienced gardeners. Upon receipt, transplant and store them in a sheltered location (veranda, greenhouse, cold frame...) at a temperature above 14°C (57.2°F) for a few weeks before installing them outdoors once the risk of frost has definitively passed.
