Cleome Sparkler Blush

Cleome spinosa Sparkler Blush is a lovely cultivar with light pink and white bicoloured flowers, an annual to use in the background or centre of flower beds, in pots or containers to add volume.

Cleome is a bushy annual that can reach a height of 50 cm (19.7 in). The foliage is green with lobed leaves and the stems are thorny. The flowers have long pedicels, giving a sense of lightness, and they are light pink and white bicolour. The flowering period is from July to October.

Native to South America, it is planted in the background or centre of flower beds, in pots or containers to add volume. It thrives in sunny and warm conditions. Use a universal, well-draining, light and humus-bearing substrate.

Note: Please be aware that our young plants in mini-pots are professional products intended for experienced gardeners: upon receipt, transplant and store them in sheltered areas (veranda, greenhouse, cold frame... ) at a temperature above 14 °C (57.2 °F) for a few weeks before planting them outside once all risk of frost has definitively passed.
