Cleome Sparkler Rose

Cleome spinosa Sparkler Rose is a lovely cultivar with pink flowers. It is an annual to be used in the background or centre of flower beds, in pots or in containers to add volume.

Cleome is a compact and branched annual that can reach a height of 1 m (3.3 ft). The foliage is green with lobed leaves and the stems are thorny. The flowers have long pedicels, giving a sense of lightness, and they are pink. The flowering period is from June to September.

Native to South America, it can be planted in the background or centre of flower beds, in pots or in containers to add volume. It thrives in sunny and warm locations. Use a universal substrate that is well-draining, light, and humus-bearing.
