Cleome Sparkler White

The Cleome Sparkler bears white flowers in dense and airy inflorescences. It adds height to your flower beds and pots. It is an original flower that withstands high summer temperatures very well. However, beware of the wind that could knock down the stems.

Cleome Sparklers are annuals with a compact and well-branched habit that can reach 80 cm (31.5 in) tall. The foliage is green with lobed leaves and the stems are thorny. The prominent stamens and long stems give the spider flower a certain elegance. Flowering occurs from July to October.

This is a tropical perennial native to Brazil and cannot tolerate frost.

In flower beds, it pairs well with grasses like pennisetums.

Note: Please be aware that our young plants in mini-pots are professional products intended for experienced gardeners: upon receipt, transplant and store them in sheltered locations (veranda, greenhouse, cold frame... ) at a temperature above 14 °C (57.2  °CF) for a few weeks before placing them outdoors once all risk of frost has definitively passed.
