Good information on order tracking.

Hello, We sometimes have this problem; we try to firmly attach the labels, but depending on the substrates, if the packages are shaken, the labels sometimes come off. If you have any trouble identifying a plant, give us a call and we'll help you identify it...

No news" or "Nothing to report

Well done! Very beautiful catalogue, very beautiful website, very beautiful selection, very good logistics.

Apologies for this inconvenience. We are looking into what may have happened.

Impeccable packaging. Plants of excellent quality.

I have ordered several times already and have never had any issues (mistakes, damaged plants,...)

For a first order, we were satisfied with the service: delivery on time, plants well protected.

Respecting deadlines and goods in good condition.

I am very satisfied with your shipment. The delivery was made on the scheduled date, and the plants were in good condition and continue to grow very well.

Please do not change anything in the ordering or delivery process. We do not change a system or a team that works exceptionally well.

Thank you for the kind word! If a bulb fails to sprout, please let us know for a replacement or refund the following year. Remind us of this on a future order.

No issues with the order, and the delivery was smooth too (it arrived even earlier than expected).

I received a Rose Corsage daylily plant that was in very poor condition: no growth and presence of mold on the roots. I reported it and immediately received another plant, but it doesn't seem to be in very good condition either. I will still rely on Promesse de Fleurs' services.

Order tracking serious

I had a pleasant and competent person on the phone who took note of the improvements I suggested for your catalogue.

No suggestion, I'm delighted with this website.

Plants arrived on the scheduled date, no issues so far for the recovery.

Hello, Yes, green "crisps" are recyclable.

According to the plants, there are a few small plants and some not very aesthetically pleasing dead branches in terms of presentation. Good attention to the order and very good follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
