The catalogue is attractive, clear, and offers interesting ideas for garden landscaping. The varieties presented are either reliable classics or original novelties. However, the packaging of the plants occasionally poses a problem; some plants arrive in a fragile condition.

I have been well served. The plants were carefully packaged. They were in good condition upon arrival. The planting advice was very interesting and I proceeded with the plantings immediately after rehydrating them as instructed. It is still too early to know how well they will take, but for now, the plants look good. Regarding your advice on rodgersias, I have added some manure. So, I hope to have flowers this summer. I have shown your catalogue to some friends and I will not hesitate to place another order.

I have ordered from Promesse de fleurs twice. I have been delighted each time by the quality of the plants received. The plants are well packaged. The paper catalogue is beautiful, clear, and informative. The website is also excellent. It is also very convenient to be able to choose the delivery date.

Plants of very good quality/price. Perhaps consider implementing payment facilities for large orders, as creating a natural space at home with perennial shrubs, grasses, and other plants can be quite expensive, and one is sometimes forced to reluctantly reduce their order.

I can now browse their website, but I would prefer to continue with payment by cheque, not because I lack trust in Promesses de Fleurs, on the contrary; the internet is a wonderful tool, but also dangerous. The quality of the plants I receive is impeccable, and the delivery is reliable.
