I have always enjoyed Promesse de Fleurs catalogs, in which everyone can find ideas for arrangements, flower combinations, plants, and colours that make even the most reluctant gardeners want to get out in the garden. I appreciate these magazines so much that I have been keeping them for the past 3 or 4 years and consult them for pleasure. I don't see anything that could be changed, and I place my orders over the phone with charming and competent saleswomen. I also browse the website, which is convenient and enjoyable.

Your catalogue is very beautiful, with photos in real garden settings, nothing like those 70's style catalogues that still exist. But my thing is native plants and wild gardens. You have some, but not enough for my taste. I am a professional and producer of such plants, I am overwhelmed and I can assure you that there is a demand. (my website, Le Jardin du Naturaliste.com). Most of the ordered plants are of satisfactory quality, and the few exceptions have been replaced upon return. Customer service is easy to reach and competent. However, it is impossible to directly contact the GLS carrier in case of absence during delivery (the telephone number is very expensive - £1.35 + £0.34/min - and after a few minutes, you'll hear 'please try your call again later'). Perhaps shipping via the postal service would be better.

The order tracking is perfect.

Just a small issue with the online catalogue, when you want to go back to the previous page, it takes you back to page number 1.

Delay the order when the ground is still too frozen.

you don't really take into account the client's choice that responds to your proposal: best planting period. On the other hand, replacing an 'exhausted' plant is advantageous for the client. The plants received are in perfect condition and well packaged. I will place further orders on your website.
