Geranium Sue Crûg

The Sue Crûg Geranium is a bushy perennial, easy to grow, that attracts all eyes with its very long flowering.

A beautiful hybrid obtained through the cross-breeding of Geranium oxonianum and G. 'Salomé', it has inherited the robustness of one and the very long flowering of the other. The flowers bloom in June and continue until September. They are tender pink with purple markings in the center. The petals, numbering 5, are "disjointed", they do not touch each other, which gives a particular appeal to its flowers.

The young spring foliage, of tender green color, is highlighted with a fine white-pink border, fading at the beginning of summer.

A shade-loving plant; full sun burns its leaves and dense shade prevents it from flowering properly. It will thrive under tall trees, in flower beds and borders, or in pots on a shaded terrace.
