Excellent order tracking through the internet: I had chosen bulbs, but a previous order of nasturtium plants arrived completely damaged: weak plants that never recovered with yellowing leaves. The delivery method may need to be reconsidered as I tend to only order bulbs.

I have been very pleased with the service. There are a few of the plug plants that are very weak and I am waiting to see if they recover before I contact you. Your staff were extremely helpful and overall I would continue to use your company.

Plants arrived very fresh, a little ahead of the season (dormant, therefore invisible in the pots). But they have been planted and the slugs haven't found them yet! I highly recommend Promesse de Fleurs!

The description of the features is good, except for the hardiness, e.g. 'Hardy, can withstand frost'. Until what temperature? Indicating the degree of frost tolerance would help guide one's choice or decide whether to take a risk. As I gradually develop a large garden (12,000m (39ft)), I will be ordering again from this website.

Please consider reviewing the packaging of each plant when sending them by post. I recently received a package worth over £100, in which a few plants were broken due to poor packaging. Apart from that, the shipping times are always respected; the plants in general are of very good quality, and the telephone service is excellent. I have been ordering from Promesse de Fleurs regularly for the past 3-4 years and I am delighted with their service.
