Our prettiest pink flowering Potentillas. These are both perennial plants like the Potentilla nepalensis Miss Willmott with cherry pink flowers, and small bushes like Potentilla fruticosa Pink Paradise, which has flowering of a soft pink. These plants charm us throughout the summer with their small single or double cup-shaped flowers, in a beautiful range of pink tones. 'Lovely Pink' is a small bush on which tiny pink flowers resembling wild roses bloom from late spring to autumn. In the case of the shrubby potentilla 'Bellissima', the flowers are a bright, fresh and long-lasting pink. Absolutely delightful, the double cups of the 'Double Punch Pastel' variety are adorned with peach, pink and salmon shades. Perennial potentillas, small in size, find their place in sunny borders and rock gardens. Compact bushy shrubs not exceeding 1.50 m (5ft), with an upright or spreading habit, shrubby potentillas are used in beds or low hedges. Tip: Plant pink varieties in semi-shaded areas, as they fade in the sun.
